In fact, Triton Algae Innovations has already turned Chlamydomonas reinhardtii into novel foods for the first time in human history using our earth-friendly scalable technology. Our proprietary fermentation process allows us to produce large amounts of our Hardtii algae anywhere in the world, eliminating the need for vast amounts of farmland and excessive water usage. We have been able to create a new source of healthy alternative protein while still giving nature room to thrive and maintaining a relatively small footprint. To us, this is invaluable. Here at Triton, we are providing solutions to vexing age-old problems. Our Hardtii algae enhances food with robust levels of proteins, nutrients, omegas, and essential amino acids.
